Offers for the 2026 1L Summer and 2027 2L Summer Program will be extended upon receipt of a complete first semester transcript, which should be submitted as a supplement. We recognize the importance of your academic commitments and aim to accommodate your schedule as much as possible during the interview process.

Summer Associates are paid $4,326.92 per week. In addition, 1L Summer Associates receive up to $50,000 in scholarships when they return for a full 2L Summer:

$25,000 upon returning to Skadden for a full 2L summer

$25,000 upon joining the firm as a first-year Associate
