Under general supervision manage metrics processes to measure efficiency and effectiveness for Landscape Services business services. Identify and make recommendations for "key" metrics to measure effort toward improving overall customer satisfaction and make recommendations for proactive solutions. Compile and analyze data from multiple sources within Facilities Management (FM) management tools (Maximo, Oracle, Financial Link) to develop new and existing metrics. Apply statistical and financial analyses calculations and produce spreadsheets and graphs in Microsoft Excel. Analyze processes to determine process improvements, eliminate or minimize bottlenecks, recommend changes to improve cycle time and identify opportunities to improve customer service. Conduct non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis of issues related to corrective maintenance. Collaborate with FM and Work Management teams for issues related to general or preventive maintenance. Ensure that FM incidents receive the proper level of failure analysis. Identify repeat failures, gather data and information, determine, and evaluate solutions or alternatives and develop plans to improve performance. Assist Landscape Services leadership in evaluating processes and developing controls. Recommend measures to improve reliability, accountability, quality, performance, work conditions, safety and to increase the department's efficiency. Analyze discrepancies in Landscape Services' overhead budget provided by FM Business & Finance. Research and identify sources of discrepancy and make recommendations for resolution. In conjunction with OMCP (Operations Maintenance & Capital Programs) Communications Manager, serve as the content manager for the FM Landscape Services' website. Develop and maintain content as needed in consultation with relevant staff and ACT. Applies professional concepts to conduct analytical studies or projects of moderate scope and complexity to address a variety of policy, research, and procedural issues. Fully analyzes issues and problems, gathers data and information, finds, and evaluates alternatives and makes sound recommendations.  Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $60,300 - $103,900 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $28.88 - $49.76 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
