CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an LCRR/LCRI Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Winter Springs, Tampa, or Winter Haven, FL. This is your opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, manage meaningful projects, and accelerate your growth as a leader in the field.



What You'll Do:

    Provide dedicated leadership to coordinate technical teams, ensuring all work aligns with the EPA Lead and Copper Rule requirements by guiding teams through compliance planning, data management, and implementation
  • Manage water infrastructure projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact
  • Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
  • Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
  • Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
  • Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
  • Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
  • LCRR/LCRI experience required
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Strong working and theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply engineering knowledge in practical settings
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
  • Proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
  • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
  • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $110,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
