Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expandingNielsenIQ's(NIQ) footprint within the media agency space. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with media agencies, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to increase revenue through NIQ audience data, planning and measurement solutions. Leveraging your industryexpertise, you will drive long-term client relationships,optimizeclient investments, and help agencies utilize NIQ's data to improve audience targeting, planning and campaign measurement.We'relooking for someone with digital and data sales experience. The ideal candidate will bedetermined, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile while hunting for new business. We are looking for an out-of-the boxthinker who can capitalize on new opportunities and thrive in a strong team-based environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for prospecting, networking, and developing new business opportunities with media agencies.

  • Employ a consultative approach to deeply understand clients' needs and position NIQ solutions to solve their business challenges.

  • Communicate effectively with clients both written and orally and provide excellent customer support.

  • Generating sales leads andmaintaininga pipeline of sales opportunities across a portfolio of clients consistent with NIQ's growth strategy.

  • Negotiate annual or multi-year contracts and ensure maximum renewal rate.

  • Develop insightful presentations and educate clients on current NIQ capabilities and resources.

  • Achieving sales quota consistent with NIQ margin goals and delivery expectations.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction,renewaland growth which each account.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the media agency, adtechor data analytics space.

  • Strong understanding ofprogrammatic,audience data, measurement solutions and media buying processes within media agencies.

  • Contacts & Senior Contacts in Media & Social Agenciesa Must.

  • Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue with large enterprise clients.

  • Exceptionalrelationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Experienced in scoping and developing proposals and negotiation strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent sales pipeline management skills witha track recordof predictability and consistency.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficientin Microsoft Office software.

  • BA with a concentration in Communications, Marketing orMediaa plus.

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $93,800.00 - $150,000.00.

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
