Program Manager - Operational and Technical Readiness Principal Purpose of Position: The Program Manager - Operational and Technical Readiness oversees and manages a collection of interconnected projects, ensuring that all the operational, technical, planning and quality elements are in place for the start-up of larger scale capita projects thus ensuring a rapid start to return on investment for the project(s). This role involves strategic planning, resource management, risk management, and ensuring that all efforts within the program meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves collaboration across multiple departments in Carpenter; including, but not limited to: Operations, Maintenance, Technical/Metallurgy, Operations Planning, Quality, and Human Resources.
