     Position Summary 
     
    The Executive Director of Brand Management will serve as a senior commercial lead for the Orphan Lung Business Unit, driving the strategic development and launch execution of an inhaled, rare disease therapy. This role is responsible for shaping the brand's identity, crafting a differentiated go-to-market strategy, and orchestrating cross-functional alignment across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical, and Sales, teams. As a founding leader in this newly formed unit, the Executive Director will play a pivotal role in market shaping, stakeholder engagement, and building a launch-readyorganization with a deep commitment to patient impact and innovation.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  
     
     Brand Strategy & Identity  
    
      
     - Develop and articulate a compelling brand vision and positioning for Inhaled Clofazimine .
 - Lead the creation of the brand campaign and messaging that resonates with patients, healthcare providers, and payers.
 
      
      
    Go-to-Market Planning  
    
      
     - Design and execute a differentiated launch strategy tailored to the orphan lung disease landscape.
 - Oversee development of promotional campaigns, omnichannel engagement, and field force readines
 
      
      
    Cross-Functional Leadership 
     
     
       
      - Drive alignment across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Development, and Sales, teams.
 - Serve as the commercial voice in cross-functional planning and decision-making forums.
 
       
      
     
     Market Shaping & Stakeholder Engagement
     
     
       
      - Identify and engage key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, and other external stakeholders.
 - Shape the market environment to support rapid and sustained product adoption and access.

     Education and Experience Qualifications: 
     
     * Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in life sciences, marketing, or business preferred.

      Experience: 
     
     
       
      - Minimum of 10-15 years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. 
 - Proven track record of launching specialty or rare disease therapies, ideally in respiratory or orphan indications.
 - Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

      - Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including market access, regulatory, and medical affairs.
