Job Overview Maintain General Plant Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in Proper Operating Condition. Make Scheduled and Emergency Repairs, Installations, Adjustments, Etc. Perform Preventative Maintenance Functions on a Predetermined Schedule. Troubleshoot and Repair Mechanical and Electrical Plant Equipment. Complete the Required Documentation for Scheduled and Unscheduled Repairs and Maintenance. Follow Established Safety and Environmental Procedures. Co-ordinate with the Purchasing Department in Locating and Purchasing Parts and Supplies needed. Use SAP maintenance programs Qualifications/Requirements THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATIONS AND BE WILLING TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL TRAINING AS NEEDED: MSHA Electrical Certification An Electrical Degree (Associates or above). A State Electrical Certification Recognized by the Industrial Commission (Journeyman's card, Master Electrician, Etc.). Additional Information PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN FOR EXPERIENCE IN THESE AREAS: 4+ Years Experience in the Field of Electrical Wiring and Repair in Maintenance, Manufacturing or Construction. 2 Years Experience in the Field of Welding. 2 Years Experience in the Field of Mechanical Assembly and/or Maintenance. Good Computer Skills: Word, Excel and Access in a Windows Application, SAP. Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $NA.
