The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $88,560.00 to $110,700.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis will play a key role in supporting Pernod Ricard USA's monthly financial close and reporting processes. This position is responsible for executing financial reporting activities within Pernod Ricard's global financial system (Tagetik) and Pernod Ricard USA's local financial systems (JD Edwards, Hyperion), ensuring accurate consolidation, validation, and submission of financial results to Pernod Ricard North America and Pernod Ricard Group.

In this role, you will work closely with the Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis and ensure that all reporting is completed accurately, comprehensively, and on time. You will also assist in maintaining and improving reporting templates, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and reliability across the Finance organization.

What You'll Do

  • Execute monthly financial reporting within global financial systems (Tagetik), ensuring accurate consolidation, validation, and submission of PR USA and PR North America results to Pernod Ricard Group.
  • Prepare and update standard reports and templates ahead of close week to ensure readiness and data integrity.
  • Perform detailed checks, reconciliations, and variance analyses to identify and resolve discrepancies prior to submission deadlines.
  • Verify and publish final management reports to the Finance community, ensuring consistency between systems and versions.
  • Support the preparation of monthly commentaries and appendices for Group and regional submissions.
  • Assist in developing executive reporting materials (e.g., Monthly Pack, QBR, QIM) by consolidating key financial insights and drivers.
  • Communicate timelines, deliverables, and expectations clearly to cross-functional partners throughout the close and reporting cycle.
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations Excellence teams to support system enhancements, user testing, and process automation to ensure reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure and maintain data accuracy across all PRUSA and PR Group financial systems.
  • Support audit and compliance requests through timely preparation and validation of required data and documentation.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting tools, processes, and data integrity across the Finance function.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 3+ years of experience in a financial reporting, planning and analysis focused business analytics role with demonstrable career progression.
  • Strong existing skills in Microsoft office.
  • Hyperion Essbase / Tagetik existing knowledge preferable but not essential.
  • Basic to advanced accounting principles knowledge a plus.
  • Industry experience preferable but not essential.
