POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the external website, leveraging modern web technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, APIs, and CMS platforms to deliver seamless, scalable, and secure digital experiences. 2. Prioritize product roadmap and features in alignment with business and customer needs, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability. 3. Collaborate with design, content, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, secure and scalable digital experiences. 4. Partners with solution architects and tech leads to ensure proper integration between CMS, APIs, analytics tools, and backend business systems. 5. Monitor adoption, usage, and performance metrics through dashboards and analytics tools to guide product decisions and improvements. 6. Serve as the POC for business stakeholders, managing dependencies, sequencing, and releasing planning across custom-built and integrated systems. 7. Support product owners and analysts in backlog refinement and translation of business requirements into actionable user stories. 8. Communicate roadmap updates, performance outcomes, and key trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders. 9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. 10. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field * Five (5) years of experience in product management, web platforms, or digital experience systems * Proven experience managing customer-facing product portfolios. * Proven experience managing large-scale, customer-facing web products or digital ecosystems. * Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js), APIs, and integration with backend services. * Awareness of CMS (Content Management System) tools and personalization engines * Understanding of web analytics, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and A/B testing tools to optimize conversion * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience framing trade-offs between user experience, security, and release timelines. * Strategic thinking to define and evolve the web experience roadmap. * Analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics and optimize conversion outcomes.
