This Position reports to: Vice-President, Sales & MarketingYour role and responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for OEM Sales, OEM Hub & Commercial Engineering teams in the Motion Drive Products Division, in USA ensuring alignment of sales and engineering teams to drive strategic growth. In this role you will be responsible for leading the efforts in the development and management of OEM growth across our 8 strategic market applications. This involves such aspects as coaching and cadences with the team managing to a disciplined sales process. Coaching the team through agreements, proposal development, global pricing development, risk assessment and sales strategies. Provide oversight for OEM sales team responsible for proposal development and sales forecasting. The individual is responsible for leading the OEM sales team in developing and growing ABB's relationship and market share through attracting new customers and by increasing share with existing customers.
