As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the facility.
• Support emergency response activities as needed according to Allied Universal and site procedures.
• Maintain detailed records and write incident reports as required by site policies.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address and resolve security-related issues.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on patrol and/or stationed at assigned posts in the manufacturing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
