Additional Comments: Job Title: Business System Specialist Summary of This Role: Lead and optimize business systems and processes within the Payments Domain, leveraging deep industry knowledge and technical expertise. Design, analyze, and enhance payment solutions that meet regulatory, security, and business requirements while ensuring seamless integration with technology teams. What Part Will You Play? - Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and payment network partners. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and specifications. - Oversee compliance and security requirements, ensuring payment solutions adhere to industry standards. - Drive the documentation, analytics, and continuous improvement of business processes and systems. - Provide expertise in payment networks, APIs, and microservices, guiding design and implementation. - Present findings, solutions, and recommendations to varied audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders. What Are We Looking For in This Role? - Deep understanding of the payments domain, payment networks, and compliance/security requirements. - Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions. - Strong API and microservices knowledge to support modern payment architectures. - Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and solution delivery. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills to interact with global teams and stakeholders. Job Complexity - - Responsible for complex business analysis and systems design for payment solutions. - Handle regulatory, compliance, and security challenges within the payments domain. - Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and optimization of payment processes. Supervision - - Mentor and guide junior business analysts and team members. - Oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Skills / Knowledge - - Payment Domain, Payment Networks, Compliance, Security Compliance, APIs Understanding - Microservices, Analytics and Documentation - Experience with SQL with any database - Excellent Communication, Documentation & Presentation Skill Skills
