About the role:

The belonging architect works closely with leadership to lead, design, and implement the systems, experiences, and practices that foster a culture of authentic belonging and connection. This role collaborates across all departments to advance belonging objectives, strengthen team member engagement, enhance organizational culture and employer brand . The position is responsible for coordinating key programs such as Community Resource Groups, team member connection projects and belonging-focused events while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

This position has a starting hourly rate of $35.29, but your offer amount may be increased with relevant work experience and transferable skills.

A Day in the life of a Belonging Architect can look like:

  • Partner with leaders and team members across the organization to translate organizational values into daily practices, embedding belonging, trust, and collaboration into the team member experience
  • Develop and execute team member connection projects and programs, in-person and virtually, to enhance credit union culture, engagement and belonging.
  • Partner with talent acquisition, marketing, experience and internal communications to ensure the stories of belonging and culture are authentically reflected in the employer brand-helping attract, engage, and retain talent.
  • Use culture and community integration as levers for measurable impact, including improved belonging, stronger engagement, and higher collaboration.
  • Advise and collaborate with leadership across the organization to collect, analyze, report on and advocate for belonging metrics to assess the growth and impact of belonging.
  • Lead Voice of the Team Member listening strategies using data, feedback, surveys, journey mapping and other assessments to identify insights and opportunities to enhance the team member experience.
  • Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in HR/organizational culture, employee experience diversity, equity, inclusion, training/education or related fields.
  • Strong program design and facilitation skills with an ability to connect culture to business outcomes.
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and data-driven program improvement.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for creating inclusive, innovative, and engaging employee experiences
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with adults of all backgrounds.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office.

You might also have:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
