Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (may include some weekends)
• Employment Type: Seasonal

What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)

• Process, sort, and organize incoming Customer Success returns
• Prepare and ship missing parts or accessories for existing orders
• Conduct shipment preparations and manage returned items efficiently
• Follow standard warehouse and safety procedures
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Stand and walk for an entire 8-hour shift aside from scheduled breaks
• Maintain an appropriate dress code (casual, closed-toe shoes, no loose clothing, hair tied back if long)

What You'll Bring (Skills & Requirements)

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Strong hand-eye coordination and listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency; Salesforce or other CRM tools a plus
• Experience with UPS CampusShip and WorldShip (domestic and international shipping) is helpful
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with consistent attention to detail
• Comfortable with continuous standing and physical activity
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
