Overview

Helio Health's In Community program (formerly Circare) is designed to help individuals and families, who have encountered certain obstacles develop the resources and supports to live a satisfying, naturally independent life.

The Home Based Crisis Intervention Supervisor can be located in Onondaga, Madison or Oswego County and will work in an expanding home and community-based program for children with behavioral health needs. The HBCI Supervisor must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional to fulfill the supervisory needs of a team consisting of clinical interventionists, family peer specialists and a program assistant.

The HBCI program provides intensive, short-term therapeutic treatment interventions to children and youth at risk of out-of-home placement, psychiatric hospitalization, and children in transition from hospital or residential setting back into their home. Services are provided in environments that are most compatible with the family's needs including home and community-based settings.

This position can be located in either Onondaga, Madison or Oswego County and may require some occasional travel between Oswego and Madison County.

Pay Range: $73,000.00 per year

This position is eligible for a Sign On Incentive of $4,000 to $8,000 based on licensure



Responsibilities

    Directly supervise HBCI program staff in Oswego and Madison Counties.
  • Provide clinical direction to HBCI program staff on individual cases.
  • Conduct regular individual supervision meetings.
  • Lead weekly team meetings.
  • Direct day-to-day operation of the HBCI program staff.
  • Ensure HBCI services are delivered in compliance with all relevant contractual and regulatory standards of service delivery and documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure quality and effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LCAT, LMFT) with experience working in children's' community based mental health.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation:
    • Helio Health's insurance carrier requires that employees who drive personal vehicles for work maintain minimum auto insurance coverage limits of at least $100,000/person; $300,000/accident and that employees provide HR with proof of current minimum insurance coverage (copy of Auto Liability Insurance Declaration Page) on their first day of employment. Employees are required to provide an updated Auto Liability Insurance Declaration Page to HR by expiration date on Declaration Page.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good data management and utilization skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Multilingual a plus.

Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
