DaVita is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD) to help educate our patients and their families in the Indianapolis, IN area!

*We are currently offering a $10,000 retention bonus for qualified candidates*

What you can expect:

• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Analyze lab-work results to educate patients and their families on what to eat based on their individualized needs and care
• Evaluate comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments consistent with CMS regulations.
• Assess on-going nutritional status to determine appropriate nutrition interventions and recommendations.
• Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions.
• $10,000 retention bonus - must have 2+ years of clinical experience!

What we look for:

• State licensure as required by the State of Indiana
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
• 1 year of Clinical Dietitian experience required - internship experience does not qualify.
• Scheduling: Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) - no weekends or holidays!
• Full Time Schedule - 32-40 hours/week
• Comfortable traveling within the Greater Indianapolis area when needed.
• After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
