As the Global Strategy & Operations Marketing Manager, you will be an important member of the Global Events Strategy & Operations Center of Excellence within Adobe's Enterprise (ENT) marketing organization. You will join this dynamic, fast paced, achievement-focused team at Adobe. Your work will support innovative digital experiences and outstanding in-person events that set Adobe apart, create measurable business value, and strengthen customer relationships. Core Role Description
- Serve as the Communications Lead for the Global Enterprise Marketing org. Ensure outstanding customer-facing communications. Provide timely, actionable, and predictable internal and sales-facing communications related to the global event program.
- Develop communication packages with templates for internal event launch, runway, and recap emails, in partnership with regional strategy & operations leads.
- Align with the Demand Marketing team and our COE Tech Stack lead to build on-Brand, smart customer-facing communications by program type.
- Partner with the Global Measurement team on automation opportunities related to impact forecasting and post-event actuals, ensuring strategic insights are shared via internal communications.
- Coordinate an audit of global newsletters, internal and external, and surface improvement opportunities, influencing collaborators on recommended changes and seeing through agreed-upon updates.
- Directly support and maintain the Global No Regrets full-year Executive & Field Marketing events plan, including engaging with regional leads on plan updates.
- Lead a multi-faceted Global Workfront Improvement and Consolidation effort. The project delivers a single Global Front Door for issue processing, standard Project Templates, and a unified process applying Workfront Planning for SFDC campaign management and integration with a Global Event Calendar.
- Build a framework for Sharepoint event execution pages in close collaboration with segment and GEM-FC leads. Ensure team pages align with the larger framework and receive timely support and maintenance.
- Develop and manage updates to the Workfront intake process for the Event & Logistics COE. Offer support and share standard methods with Segment marketing partners.
- Monitor programs/projects from initiation through delivery, including close-loop reporting to track return on investment.
- Coordinate and adhere to program-related workflow to ensure timely completion of the product/program/project within constraints of quality, schedule, and anticipated outcomes.

- Facilitate discussions between project teams, product management, and internal clients.
- Establish key achievements and drive progress to accomplish these achievements in a timely manner. Understand and coordinate sequencing of projects to accomplish progress.
- Aggregate, coordinate, and synthesize program and project information to communicate with the extended team and management.
- Prepare and present achievement reviews to upper-level management with input from project teams.
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal collaborators, other program managers, product managers, marketing managers, engineers, and technologists with a variety of personalities and styles.
- Solid abilities in managing programs and projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex projects to completion, with skills in navigating challenging settings, collaborating with diverse teams, and clearly communicating priorities, delivery expectations, risks, and concerns to senior management.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix-style organizational structure to motivate and influence others.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multi-task competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience with platforms including Splash, Attendease, JiffleNow, Rainfocus, Workfront, Marketo.
Additional Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in event or project management, preferably in a corporate environment, with a focus on demand generation.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience working with data and reports from large and complex databases.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Successful track record at client service in a marketing or creative environment.
- Preferred but not required: Ad agency project management experience including print, direct marketing campaigns, online, promotions, TV, and radio.
- Strong understanding of the creative process as well as print/web production.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
