This Position reports to:

Automation Manager

The Process Engineering Lead oversees a team of process engineers and document specialists, ensuring consistent execution, standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for mentoring and training team members, driving process effectiveness, and aligning engineering practices with strategic production goals. The Process Engineering Lead plays a key role in maintaining high-performance production lines, integrating new products, and ensuring quality and capacity targets are met.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin, WI. You will report to the Smart Process Design Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Leading and supporting a team ofprocess engineersanddocument specialists

  • Ensuringstandardizationof manufacturing processes, documentation, and best practices for both current and new products

  • Overseeingtraining, development, and technical support for process engineering staff

  • Monitoring and improvingoverall line performance,balance, andcapacitywhile ensuring effective execution ofPFMEA,CTQs, andquality initiatives

Our team dynamics:
You will lead a high performing team of Process Engineers as part of a larger Smart Process Design Team.

Qualifications for the role:

  • You are immersed in modern manufacturing process and strategic engineering practices

  • Ability to demonstrate your experience with 7+ years in Manufacturing & Leadership

  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of lean manufacturing, process standardization, line balance & capacity, PFMEA, and quality initiatives

  • You are passionate about driving change through innovation an collaboration

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Manufacturing or Process engineering

  • You are at ease communicating in leading and communicating in a team environment

  • You are an American citizen or currently hold a US VISA / work permit
