Job Description

Our Global Lifecycle Services Business is looking for a team-oriented, and growth-minded manager to join our Global Services Portfolio team. Reporting to the Global Director of Services and Strategy, you will lead a team of project managers to ensure successful execution of important programs, with care for our strategy vision.

Your Responsibilities:
  • You lead the remotely distributed Services Portfolio Project Management team to complete projects on-budget with all Service line requirements achieved.
  • You will partner with Global Service Capability Managers, Engineering leaders and functional support leaders to ensure successful execution of important programs in consideration of program strategies.
  • You will help develop the PMO culture by applying a clearly defined operating rhythm including project scheduling, execution, partner updates, and milestone approvals. Ensure the operating rhythm is used across all programs.
  • You will assess project risk, develop risk mitigation plans for recovery, and communicate this strategy to leadership and functional team members.
  • You will develop a Project Management team with well-defined goals, training and personnel growth goals.
  • You will use project performance indicators including cost, engineering hours, schedule and deliverable completion to forecast, track, and ensure project success.
  • You will follow planned costs, requirements, and schedule for service releases.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires 8+ years of management experience leading project/program managers and PMO staff
  • Strong communication management skills, including executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and change communications
  • Resource management expertise: capacity planning, demand management, and portfolio prioritization
  • Proven ability to build, implement, and continuously refine project management processes
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of project delivery methodologies, with the ability to tailor and scale practices across teams

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $168,160.00 - 252,240.00 USD Annual with an annual target bonus of 10% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
