Your Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Stores Leader for the Bowling Green Storeroom! Our Stores Leader plays a critical role in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient storeroom operations. You will lead the storeroom team responsible for inventory management, receiving, shipping, internal transfers, and repair processes. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are available to support smooth operations. The role involves maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring inventory accuracy, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement in storeroom processes aligned with Principle Based Management (PBM) and Koch's vision. Our work environment is primarily indoors within the storeroom facility. This role may require lifting materials, operating forklifts (sit-down and standup), and driving Cushman vehicles to facilitate deliveries and material handling. Flexibility to support multiple shifts or extended hours may be required. Our Team The Bowling Green storeroom team is a vital part of Koch's Consumer Products Group, supporting manufacturing and maintenance operations by ensuring timely and accurate materials availability.
