Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
• Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift
• Employment Type: 90-Day Temp-to-Hire
• Physical Requirement: Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

What You'll Do (Daily Tasks)

• Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine items for movement or shipment
• Prepare, check, and stage materials for shipping and receiving
• Create shipping labels and documentation, including for international shipments
• Perform data entry in inventory and warehouse management systems
• Conduct daily cycle counts, inventory audits, and prepare inventory reports
• Verify system inventory records against physical counts
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
• Assist with loading shipments as needed
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Ensure the facility remains inspection-ready for regulatory and customer requirements
• Report incidents, discrepancies, or concerns to leadership promptly
• Complete additional warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work style
