Hospital Services Representative/ Driver 2ND SHIFT Job Locations

Responsibilities Summary: This position assists in assuring adequate component inventory for internal and external customer needs. Assists in assuring compliance with federal regulations and industry standards. Provides outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Approximately 75% of the job is spent in hospital services department and 25% of the job is driving and delivering orders. Schedule: 2nd Shift - Sunday - Thurday 2pm - 10:30pm (with training Mon - Fri 2pm - 10:30pm for about 8 weeks) Job Responsibilities: 1. Performing and overseeing daily Hospital Service tasks (HSRD-1 tasks)

4. Equipment Maintenance
5. Maintains Hospital Services vehicles, department supplies, required forms, and reports. 6. Maintains a working knowledge of federal regulations and industry standards for the storage, labeling, distribution and transport of blood component. The hourly rate for this position is $20.05/hr.
