We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admissions Nurse to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys leadership, assessment, coordination, and being a key player in ensuring smooth, safe admissions for our residents.

As an Admissions Nurse, you play a critical role in setting residents up for success from day one. You will:

• Conduct comprehensive admission assessments

• Ensure accurate medication reconciliation and care planning

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions

• Serve as a clinical leader and resident advocate

• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Your clinical judgment, attention to detail, and compassion will directly impact resident safety, comfort, and outcomes.

• Active, unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license

• Prior nursing experience preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
