Responsibilities

Every day is a dynamic blend of technical challenges and client collaboration, where you'll dive into reviewing design changes, mastering project schedules, and leading high-stakes meetings to keep everything running smoothly. You'll take the reins in driving safety, conducting walk-downs, and spotting exciting new business opportunities, all while making a tangible impact on project success and fueling the company's growth.

  • Design & Engineering: Prepare and/or review design change packages and other engineering deliverables, coordinate attendance at design review meetings, and manage site deliverable reviews and approvals
  • Project Management: Track project schedules and resource loading, lead weekly client interface/project status meetings, and provide on-site support as needed
  • Safety & Compliance: Perform pre-job safety briefs and assist with walk-downs and data gathering
  • Business Development: Develop and identify new business opportunities #LI-SH7

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees or experience will be considered)
  • Minimum 5 years of design experience in nuclear power or heavy industrial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project Management experience is beneficial
  • Design Engineering or field experience is beneficial
  • Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites

When salary range is listed it reflects typical compensation for this role based on level and location. Actual pay depends on experience, skills, and education.
