PURPOSE:
Ensure product, process, and service quality through rigorous analysis, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and technical support to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and enhance customer satisfaction.



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Conduct statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities



  • Perform regular audits to verify adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality standards and procedures



  • Compile and analyze test results; prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations



  • Serve as administrator for corporate HSE digital systems, ensuring governance and technical oversight



  • Support incident investigations by providing root cause analysis and corrective action guidance



  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related field



  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment



  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools



  • Experience with quality audits and compliance standards


SKILLS:



  • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving



  • Excellent written and verbal communication



  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines



  • Collaborative approach to cross-functional initiatives
