This individual will be based in our Denver, Colorado office with the opportunity for hybrid work at the discretion of the company. The selected individual will work with leading experts with numerous business and professional contacts who are currently developing mining opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, including initial exploration, mine development, operations, expansions, and closure. A key differentiator for Geosyntec is the ability to support mining clients on the entire water cycle, from supply and potential groundwater inflows to reuse, treatment, and discharge. In addition to mining, this individual will have opportunities to work in other industrial client sectors. We operate under a sell-manage-do culture, and so we expect that you'd work on challenging technical projects while leveraging your existing knowledge and experience to help Geosyntec expand its current practices and capabilities through business development and client management. You may also be asked to take on project management responsibilities, along with staff management and development, and mentoring tasks. Some of the key responsibilities for this client-facing position include:
Implementation of a personal business development plan to expand services and revenue with new and existing clients, in coordination with companywide business development plans.

The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Geosyntec's total compensation package for employees. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skill set and location.
