Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

What It Takes to Crush It

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams
• Basic experience using hand tools (manufacturing or assembly experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift

What You'll Be Cranking Out

• Assemble components and finished products by following work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules
• Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assemblies accurately and safely
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards
• Identify and report defects, missing parts, or assembly issues to supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
