What You Will Do: Lead and support operational assessment projects and performance improvement initiatives, including: Clinical operations and workforce optimization Workforce productivity and expense evaluations Detailed service line analyses System throughput enhancement Facilitate client communications and coordinate updates to workplans and engagement deliverables. Contribute to the development of proposals, agreements, research, reports, and presentations. Manage projects by coordinating timelines and deliverables for successful execution Analyze and interpret data to uncover actionable insights and create compelling visualizations. Drive improvements in system throughput, workforce productivity, and organizational structure. Develop tailored deliverables to drive impactful outcomes.
