Community Development Analyst

Washington County, located in West Bend, Wisconsin, currently has a great opportunity for a
Community Development Analyst. Under the general direction of the Community Development
Director, provides advanced technical and professional assistance to the Community
Development Department. Key responsibilities of the Community Development Analyst position
will be assisting in the development, coordination, execution, management and evaluation of the
Washington County Next Generation Housing Initiative and Coalition Partnership. This position
will collaborate with coalition partners and other key stakeholders assisting in the
implementation of innovative housing strategies throughout Washington County. This position
will work collaboratively with County staff, local government partners and other stakeholders
across all disciplines to create successful program outcomes. This position will also work with
the Community Development Coordinator, who implements the Heart & Homestead Earned
Downpayment Incentive Program

Starting Salary: $70,426.00 - $93,644.00

Qualified candidates must possess:
* Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in public
administration, business administration, project management, urban or regional planning,
construction management, public policy, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of one year of demonstrated responsible professional work experience in a related
field such as housing, community planning, real estate development, construction
management, mortgage lending, zoning regulation or land division regulation.
* Must possess a valid driver's license.
