In the role of Project Controls Administrator, we'll count on you to:
  • Manage project information, including hard-copy and electronic files
  • Co-ordinate information flow between project participants, including subconsultants, and if appropriate between project team and the client
  • Attend project meetings and prepare detailed minutes of meetings
  • Develop presentations based on input from project team members
  • Prepare new project start-up documents per HDR project and quality procedures, including developments of schedules and level of effort estimates
  • Develop and track project schedules for meetings and deliverables
  • Monitor, update and review financial data
  • Prepare draft monthly progress reports
  • Track and ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Use processes and tools established on projects
  • Develop and assist in preparation of schedules
  • Prepare various reports
  • Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools
  • Assist in schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
  • Assist in costs estimate development and review
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Previous experience with a consulting/engineering firm
  • Familiarity with scheduling software
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination
  • Proficiencies with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
