The Digital Transformation Director
leads the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation
initiatives to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, enhance
customer experience, and deliver business value. This role collaborates across
departments to design and implement technology-enabled processes and solutions
that align with the organization's long-term goals. Additionally, this position
oversees critical system integrations, process improvements, and testing
activities to ensure seamless operations across platforms such as Dynamics 365
(D365), Permobil Store, and other CE systems.
Pay Range: $110,000-$125,000
Key Tasks
Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation:
*Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy in alignment with business goals.
*Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities and adopt emerging technologies.
*Act as a thought leader, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
*Oversee the implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
*Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across business units.
*Manage budgets and resources allocated for digital transformation projects.
*Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies that support business objectives.
*Redesign processes to improve efficiency and productivity using digital tools.
*Ensure scalability and sustainability of digital platforms and systems.
*Collaborate with executives and department heads to align digital initiatives with operational needs.
*Communicate the value and impact of digital transformation initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
*Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
*Lead change management efforts to promote adoption of digital tools and solutions.
*Develop training programs to build digital capabilities across the organization.
*Address resistance to change by promoting a shared vision of digital transformation.
*Establish metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives.
*Monitor and analyze the impact of digital solutions on business performance.
*Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
Operational Excellence & System Management:
*Drive continuous improvements across CE platforms (CRM, ERP, AI) by managing change requests based on feedback and recurring issues.
*Triage, document, and track issues for Permobil Store and D365 for internal and external teams.
*Issue tickets and collaborate with IT on store and D365 production issues, including testing and acceptance of solutions.
*Run regression testing for D365 releases to ensure system stability.
*Serve as the key contact for XML issues impacting key customers.
Integration & Transition Coordination:
*Coordinate the transition to D365/Permobil Store integration, addressing region-specific needs through:
-Process discovery and gap analysis.
-Defining business requirements for the transition.
-Price testing and validation.
-Managing data needs for the Store, including spare parts.
-Implementing custom workflows and process changes.
Training, Documentation & Testing:
*Develop and deliver training for new teams on Store and D365 functionality.
*Develop test cases and work instructions for new processes.
*Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new workflows.
*Coordinate updates to customer-facing documents, including testing and approval.

Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital transformation or
process optimization roles.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital
initiatives.
