SUMMARY The Talent Sourcing Specialist supports the recruitment of remote and offshore medic and safety professionals across the U.S. market. In this role, you will identify, engage and qualify top talent while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to address both ongoing and high-priority hiring needs. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
