In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding technology initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of excellence. Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency, reliability, and innovation of the services provided, making a tangible difference in the lives of many.

**What You'll Do:**

* Drive the full product lifecycle, overseeing project management methodologies from design through delivery.

* Develop, track, and meticulously manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.

* Strategically manage project resources, including procuring staff and fostering a motivated, high-performing team through coaching and advising.

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to meticulously define business requirements.

* Lead and empower development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that precisely meet business needs.

* Design comprehensive test plans and ensure products are defect-free prior to User Acceptance Testing.

* Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing seamless rollout plans and procedures.

* Prepare and present insightful cost-benefit analyses to inform strategic decisions.

* Ensure the consistent application of appropriate systems development and project management processes.

* Deliver compelling presentations to steering committees and project sponsors, communicating progress and strategic vision.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.

* 10+ years of proven project management experience, specifically within software teams.

* Demonstrated people management and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.

* Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and persuasively.

* Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable, exercising sound judgment in a changing environment and managing competing priorities effectively.

* A track record of quickly learning business processes and collaborating successfully with business partners at all organizational levels.

* Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.

* Extensive experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.

* PMP or PMI certification.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* MBA or other related advanced degree.

* Cloud certification, with a strong preference for Google Cloud.
