Wunderlich-Malac's Bay Area, CA Operations team is looking for a mobile entry-level to 4-year field engineer interested in quick advancement as a controls engineer in the Data Center and Semi-Conductor industry sector. This position is responsible for electrical and controls engineering projects involving electrical and instrumentation, coordination with electrical subcontractors, PLC/SCADA/HMI programming, commissioning support and start-up assistance. Once the 2 to 4 year field assignment is complete this person would be based in our Bay Area, CA or Boise, ID office. Please Note: Must have the ability to work in the US without sponsorship. Must have a valid driver's license. Major Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements Education BS degree from accredited university. BS Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Eligibility Ability to work in the US without sponsorship. Must have a valid driver's license. Experience New Graduate or 0-4 years of field experience.
Field Work & Travel 100% work site location. Standard Monday-Friday working hours with occasional weekend requirements. Multiple extended-duration assignments at U.S.-based sites, with permitted weekend travel each month to your home location. A monthly stipend is provided to cover local housing, meals, and incidentals for up to one year per site. Monthly airfare is covered according to project expense policy.
