Position Summary

The Senior Global Technical Product Manager is responsible for interfacing with regional product management, game development, hardware engineering, OS, GDK and Systems engineering teams to help build, and maintain roadmaps that align to our best revenue opportunities. Will provide product strategy technical expertise with existing OS and GDK lines of business based upon each region's market information, in depth market research, customer problems, and market trends.

They will need to have strong technical knowledge with an engineering background, to support research efforts and help with writing technical OS/GDK new market requirements and new functionalities that drive our product roadmaps, support the business cases, and the planned product launch plans for current product categories. This position will work with all functions including Project Management, Game Development, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, to ensure successful product releases have the required technical functionality adequately road mapped. Will support Hardware Product Managers, Order Management, SQA, SQE, Tech Support and Field Service departments to ensure successful product deployment.

  • Assist with OS / GDK road mapping (including backlog feature lists) while managing regional prioritization of features and functionalities desired that support the revenue opportunities.

  • Will be able to partner with project management and software/hardware engineering teams to build out full product technical functionality required / needed from the GDK / OS teams.

  • Work with Quality team to understand Field Issue Management origination and help roadmap solutions forward

  • Will be a lead partner with PdC, and SQA ensure successful regulatory approvals and product launch into all market segments.

  • Support weekly Engineering, project NPI's and governance meetings and provide product business support as needed.

  • Support evaluation and maintenance of product plans, market specific requirements, roadmaps, and other artifacts.

  • Work with hardware Product Management and Content strategy teams to ensure we have the full feature and software functionality needed to drive to our financial goals across all Class 3 and adjacent markets, and product lines.

  • Review and maintain competitive technical product analysis.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week on-site reporting to our office based in Chicago, IL or Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong awareness of gaming industry trends.

  • Experience working within regulated markets.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams.
