Job Purpose & Summary:

System High Corporation delivers the most advanced protection and secrecy solutions to secure and strengthen critical missions, programs, operations, and intelligence activities. We are seeking a Cyber Security Solutions Capture Manager to join our team to help contribute to our success and help us solve problems with innovation through intelligence.



The Cyber Security Solutions Capture Manager is responsible for leading the identification of new business opportunities to achieve the overall objectives of the corporate Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) and associated revenue and profit targets. This position requires a "hands on" individual who has the established credibility, and insight into customer and competitive landscapes across the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and adjacent federal markets.



Responsibilities include leading capture strategies set forth by the VP of Strategic Growth, managing strategic initiatives, managing proposal teams and developing marketing strategies for the Cyber Security business unit. Must be able to work with a variety of organizational leaders to build consensus around growth strategies and tactics with a demonstrated track record of pulling together superior teams to deliver winning proposals and execution. Looking for candidates with experience doing end to end capture of $100M services contracts providing Cyber Security Solutions, specifically in the Defense and Intelligence Community.



Duties include, but not limited to:



  • Executes a fully comprehensive Capture Strategy aligning effectively with System High's mission, vision, and strategic growth goals
  • Executes BD plans and strategy to support the achievement of System High's business objectives based on research into the market, customer trends, and competition in the market
  • Assists in the development of company BD pipeline, assessing internal company synergies, probability of win, and required resources and investments based on System High's mission and LSRP
  • Executes capture of new and organic business awards through developing strategic partnerships, teams, and solutions responsive to the customer needs
  • Executes sound BD processes in their area of operation to effectively streamline capture management, proposal development, and operations in the pursuit of scaling and expanding System High's cybersecurity offerings and footprint across the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and adjacent federal agencies
  • Delivers regular briefings to the VP of Strategic Growth and EVP of Operations and Growth outlining BD program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)



  • Proven track record of successful lead generation, prospect management and winning competitions for the Defense, Intelligence Community, and adjacent federal agency customers - passionately grow the business by leveraging relationships founded on trust and integrity
  • Must be able to comprehend corporate capabilities pertaining to Program Protection, Cyber Security, to include Risk Management Framework, cyber security operations, and enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and apply them to customer protection challenges; embrace and live the Burn Blue culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills compounded with exceptional collaboration, negotiations, organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record of collecting real time intelligence and using it to help develop critical demand solutions and winning capture strategies
  • Possess and grow a thriving business network utilized to increase market share by improving System High's access, brand, and credibility
  • Must have ability to effectively present information and represent System High to C-Level leadership, prospects, and/or public forums
  • Operational experience in Government and/or prior military experience related to cyber security for national security, defense, and intelligence is strongly desired, but not necessarily required

Clearance



  • Active TS/SCI
  • Subject to a random counter-intelligence scope polygraphs as a condition of access eligibility.



Years of Experience/Education Requirements



  • Minimum of 7 years in Business Development/Capture Management, or Operational experience in government/military, contracting authority, or similar industry experience
  • Experience must include at least 5 years of capture strategy development and execution
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, computer science or relevant field of discipline desired



Certifications



  • PMP strongly desired, not required



Travel Requirements



  • Frequent travel to various program sites as necessary to ensure sound program execution
  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS
  • Ability to travel as required to various trade shows and industry conferences that may be geographically dispersed
