* Facilitate structured check-ins with clients and ensure delivery of agreed reports, SLAs, and service expectations
* Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless program delivery
* Collaborate with the Manager, Inside Accounts to determine where accounts may shift tiers and require different delivery models
* Monitor account-level profitability, renewal risk, and growth opportunities
* Track and report client satisfaction trends and recommend improvements

Qualifications

What You'll Bring
* 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or program delivery

* Experience working with structured service models and reporting frameworks
* Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and navigating client escalations diplomatically
* Strong time management and organizational skills
