Job Description

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Set the endtoend Enhanced Data product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap. Align with regional needs and platform capabilities.
  • Build and maintain business cases. Prioritize investments using datadriven frameworks and customer - market insights.

Product Delivery and Lifecycle Management:

  • Drive requirements, design, delivery, and launch for data ingestion, normalization, enrichment/matching, and distribution services powering our global enhanced data offerings.
  • Establish product health metrics (quality, completeness, latency, resiliency), run quarterly reviews, and execute continuous improvement.

Commercialization and Client Outcomes:

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to craft value propositions and GTM. Support issuer/processor onboarding, migrations, and scaling (e.g., data mandates, waiver removals).
  • Ensure documentation, training, and client communications are timely and accurate. Lead escalation playbooks for data issues.

Risk, Controls and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure commercial data products meet regional regulatory requirements and Visa standards.
  • Own adjudication and changemanagement processes for data rules and report impacts across affected systems.

Leadership and People Management:

  • Build, lead, and develop a highperforming product team. Foster culture of clarity, accountability, and inclusion.

CrossFunctional Partnership:

  • Coordinate with Product Operations/PMO (e.g., ongoing governance) to ensure clear status, risks, and decisions.
  • Engage Engineering, Data Platform, and Regional Product leaders to sequence dependencies and accelerate delivery.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience

12+ years of product management including management of large scale products.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Demonstrated leadership of cross functional teams building platform/data capabilities.

Extensive experience working with engineering and design teams is required.

Demonstrated experience with integrating AI into routine work and previous product development.

7+ years of people leadership experience.

Experience at technology companies is highly preferred.

Understanding of commercial card data is nice to have, but the preference is for candidates with extensive product management experience at a software company where you have worked hand in hand with engineering and design.

Track record delivering brining new software solutions to market and at scale that bring a measurable revenue impact.

Experience with product operations at scale: governance, change management, and client communications.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 206,100 to 360,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
