About the role The Vice President of the Independent Broker Dealer Channel is a member of the Retirement Division senior leadership team and leads efforts of growing Symetra's presence in the Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) Channel nationally. The role reports directly to the Retirement Division SVP of Sales, Distribution and Marketing. Success will be measured through driving sales within the IMO Channel. What you will do

Compensation Base Salary: $250,000 annual base salary plus eligibility forincentive compensation Who you are
