The mission of UNT System Information Technology is simple: to be the best at delivering customer-aligned IT solutions and services. Our services are provided to all member institutions using an IT shared services governance model. Position Overview The University of North Texas System IT is seeking to hire an ERP Business Analyst II to join their team. This position is a member of the Agile Product Office under the umbrella of the Enterprise Applications (EA), a division of the UNT System IT. The ERP Business Analyst II works closely with departmental customers to conduct ERP enterprise application business analysis, identify business objectives and requirements, and prepare test plans. Collects information to assist in the development of technology plans and strategies. Assists in planning and implementing ERP systems related projects. Maximizes customer satisfaction by supporting ongoing information services to designated clients. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field and three (3) years of progressively responsible business analysis or business functional experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge of the methods used in application development and support, including system analysis and design, and system testing techniques.
