  • The ideal candidate has strong projectmanagement execution skills, including tracking deliverables, driving workstreams forward, and following up independently without needing to build timelines from scratch.
  • They must have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working across multiple systems with long identifiers that require precise alignment.
  • Experience in any regulated industry, such as pharma, biotech, medical device, or other FDA/USDAregulated environments, is essential, along with a highlevel understanding of how R&D connects to product or drugdevelopment pipelines.
  • This role requires proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn Smartsheet, as well as clear written communication and sound judgment in knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Strong nicetohaves include processmapping experience and direct background in pharma, biotech, or medical device environments.
Description:
  • In this role, you will help shape the future of the Precision Medicine organization as a key member of the PMed Strategic Planning and Operations team.
  • We are seeking a Project Manager to join our group of leaders and business partners on a highpriority initiative focused on simplifying one of Client's largest crossesfunctional processes-driving meaningful value across the enterprise.
  • Reporting into the Strategic Planning and Operations function within PMed, the Project Manager will support one or more transformation initiatives spanning endtoend R&D processes.
  • You will help teams organize, plan, execute, and deliver against their goals to advance critical business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the SPO and workstream leaders to help plan, execute, monitor, and control activities to meet the established goals and objectives within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget.
  • Ensures project plans, actions, and decisions are documented and progress is communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitates team meetings and communications, including presentations, schedules, agendas, minutes, action items, memos, presentations and other documents.
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of team objectives, escalating issues to the leaders as appropriate.
  • Works closely with team leads to accurately map end-to-end processes in the Precision Medicine space.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing complex, workforce strategy / build R&D projects including developing and executing project plans.
  • Experience accurately mapping end-to-end processes in the R&D space.
  • Ensures project plans, actions, and decisions are documented and progress is communicated to key stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing complex, workforce strategy / build R&D projects including developing and executing project plans.
  • Experience generating project documentation, e.g. charters and plans including goals, objectives, deliverables, resources, risk mitigation, timelines etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Effective Meeting Management practices, including scheduling, preparations, minutes and following up on completion of action items.
  • Works independently and in teams.
  • Familiarity with Research and Development processes in a science-based company or similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and high learning agility.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and ability to adapt as the business evolves.
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to synthesize facts and insights for problem solving & decision making.
  • Ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scoping the problem, solving and implementing.
  • Proficient using PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, & MS Teams.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree or master's degree and 2 years of experience or bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or associate's degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience.
Red Flags:
  • Lack of any scientific experience would have to be supplemented by multiple years of direct resource management capabilities.
  • No exposure to regulated environments.
  • Limited understanding of R&D/product development context.
