Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Role Overview
The Practice Coordinator will support the Orthopaedic Surgery clinic in a high-volume call center environment. This role focuses on administrative coordination, patient communication, and collaborative support of clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a call center setting.
  • Provide administrative support related to patient scheduling and coordination.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and clinic staff.
  • Maintain organized workflows to support efficient clinic operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the clinical and administrative team.
Clinic Volume
  • Approximately 400 calls per day
Required Skills & Characteristics
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience Requirements
  • Specific years of experience: Not required
Additional Details
  • Candidate will remain at one campus for the entire assignment.
  • Non-APeX trained candidates are acceptable
