About the Role As an instructor, you will draw on deep technical and consulting expertise to deliver high-quality, engaging training, virtually or in-person, to support our customers in developing and deploying AI-driven models and simulations to support decision-making across areas such as: AI-driven decision support and data modelling Software engineering and system development Multi-criteria decision frameworks and analytical mythologies Design and delivery of real-world applied solutions You will bring real practitioner insight to your delivery, grounded in extensive experience in software development, analytics, strategic consulting and complex system engineering. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions based on real project experience Translate complex analytical and AI concepts into clear, practical learning Demonstrate modelling approaches such as: System dynamics Multi-criteria decision analysis Confrontation analysis Statistical and data-driven forecasting Provide expert insight into enterprise software workflows, from architecture to deployment Support clients in applying decision-science tools to real organizational challenges Partner closely with the Client Solution Team to drive clientfocused engagement, shaping deal strategy and developing tailored, valueled solutions and programme architectures that directly support the sales process and strengthen our competitive position Requirements Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Operational Research or related field Extensive professional experience across: AI, data science, and analytics Software design and full lifecycle development (.NET, Python, Azure, REST) Data modelling, Simulation, and mathematical methods Enterprise consulting across the public and private sectors Proven experience delivering complex projects such as: Decision-support systems High-integrity financial, statistical, or reporting applications Large-scale modelling or simulation tools Ability to communicate advanced concepts to mixed technical audiences Strong background in applied problem-solving, modelling, and system architecture What We Offer Flexible schedule: Teach 4-14+ weeks/year Competitive consultant-level rates Remote and in-person delivery with occasional travel Free access to Learning Tree training resources Our Process We are committed to engaging only the best industry professionals, so we have a process that will ensure you can be successful as an Associate Instructor. You'll demonstrate your expertise, meet virtually with a Lead Learning Tree Consultant, and attend a 2-day workshop to learn our methodology and showcase your delivery style. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will also actively support our sales team by contributing to client briefs, course outlines, and course development. Our consultants are critical to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement.
