Job Summary

The AWP Data and Application Analyst is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) construction planning and execution methodology and the deployment of WorkPacksTM software for nuclear capital projects, EPC projects, and maintenance and modification projects.

Job Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Become a core member of the Advance Work Packaging team - contributing to the creation of enterprise specific AWP Program
  • Aid in the strategic planning, business alignment and management of the AWP program and its initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and manage the data ecosystem for EnergySolutions Nuclear Services.
  • Leverage modern data architecture, technology, and practices to provide solutions for the constantly evolving needs of the organization.
  • Deploy and support WorkPacksTM software as a Superuser and software administrator
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources including Engineering, Fabrication, Logistics, Material Management, Documentation, and Scheduling.
  • Transform, distribute, govern, and secure data for integrations, key performance indicators, and analytical requirements.
  • Leverage multiple technologies including Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Databricks, and others to achieve successful data ecosystems.
  • Manage construction and AWP data flow back to Project Controls team for incorporation in to project performance reporting.
  • Main point of contact between the AWP project controls team, the software provider, and the enterprise IT team.
  • Establish a culture in which data becomes a key communication tool between all project stakeholders.




Minimum Education, Experience and Certification Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a related Field

Required Experience

  • Advanced Work Packaging methodology and application on industrial or nuclear projects
  • Training and technical support to ensure the adoption of AWP best practices and WorkPacksTM tools on multidiscipline teams.
  • Advanced understand of construction project lifecycles, workflows, and data management
  • Configuration and setup of WorkPacksTM software
  • Advanced Microsoft office user
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft office tools, Navisworks and WorkPacksTMHidden


Preferred Experience

  • Nuclear Capital project experience
  • Development of digital workflows
  • Development of process and procedure documentation
  • EPC project experience
  • WorkPacks digital thread experience

Required and Desired Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilit
  • Knowledge of a range of software and tools - Primavera, Navisworks, PowerBI, ExceL
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of tools and database application
  • AWP Team advisor and program expert on the coordination and application of project data
  • Collaborate with all project stakeholders to ensure proper project setup
  • Contribute to developing program standardization to leverage automation tools for efficiency.

Working conditions may be normal for an office environment and will require performance of activities in a construction environment including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection.Working conditions for field personnel may be similar to a construction or demolition site. Position may require occasional weekend and evening work. May be exposed to radiation within occupational limits.
