We are seeking an experienced Project Specialist to support a high-impact Growth Mindset transformation initiative within Human Resources. This role is part of a multi-year cultural change program focused on embedding growth mindset principles into leadership behaviors, employee habits, systems, and organizational processes. This role is temporary for an estimated 6 months and works hybrid, 3 days in office, in Arden Hills. This is an exciting opportunity for a project coordination professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, culture, and process improvement and wants to contribute to a meaningful, enterprise-wide transformation. About the Role The Project Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of project management activities across multiple workstreams. Working closely with a Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps maintain momentum, ensure alignment, and support the activation, scaling, and reinforcement phases of the Growth Mindset program roadmap. You'll play a hands-on role in organizing governance forums, supporting stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring project deliverables are executed on time and with quality. Key Responsibilities
