Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

You'll Rock This Job If You:

• Have 2 years of warehouse customer service rep experience
• Coordinate special, last-minute shipping requests with the transportation departments, expediting orders as necessary
• Adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
• Process and input all customer orders and receipts
• Run stock reports to check for product availability
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
• Check all orders for special requests
• Post inventory records
• Work with outbound drivers (fast-paced at times)
• Synapse
• Update Google doc sheets
• Answer customer emails & phone calls
