Job Description

The Division of Research, Innovation & Impact at the University of Missouri seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Program/Project Support Coordinator to support the Associate Vice Chancellor of Research and ARIS Executive Director and the Director of the Connector and ARIS Director of Operations.

The duties for this position are divided among the following four focus areas:

Administrative Support - Schedules and coordinates calendar and meetings by prioritizing, communicating, scheduling, and reviewing appointments for conflicts, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made including room reservations and calendaring, communication to all appropriate people/attendees ensuring they are available to meet at scheduled dates/times. Select and schedule meeting facilities and equipment to ensure appropriate resources are available and meetings run smoothly.

Advancing Research in Society (ARIS) -Draft the ARIS Annual Report, plan and implement ARIS Spring and Fall Leadership Team Meetings (15 members from universities across the country) - involves scheduling travel, booking rooms, planning agendas, reimbursing expenses, assisting with hosting and providing clerical support for ARIS Council of Experts Meeting; process stipend payments for ARIS fellows program and annual payments for the Council of Experts.

Program and Project Support - Assists with social media and marketing, event planning, program coordination, fiscal support, drafts of correspondence, preparing presentation materials and other duties as assigned. Compilation and synthesis of annual reporting documents, processing and interpretation of evaluation reporting; Supporting and coordinating multiple grant-funded teams;

Newsletter development and curation, marketing interaction, team coordination and management; CRM management and data reporting.
Successful candidates for this position will be able to demonstrate professional social media experience, time management skills and organization techniques, and a proven record of working with higher administration leadership.

Preference will be given to candidate's with a Bachelor's degree and a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with some nights and weekends related to conference travel.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidate's with a Bachelor's degree and a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $52,915.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Grade: GGS 010
