The Snowflake Customer Experience Center (CEC) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Briefing Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing in-person executive meetings between our executive team and customers/partners in our Customer Experience Center in Menlo Park, as well as during our yearly Summit conference in San Francisco and occasional conferences. Additionally, the CEC Manager will play a key role in improving our CEC process, including building assets, creating best practices guides, developing agenda templates, and harnessing AI to improve the process as a whole.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan and manage all aspects of executive meetings in our CEC space in Menlo Park, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement best practices for CEC meetings, including agenda templates, email templates, and other assets that support a seamless and productive experience for our customers.

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and goals for each meeting, and ensure that the agenda and other materials reflect those goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Continually evaluate and improve our CEC process based on customer feedback and industry best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in managing executive meetings or events, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.

  • Familiarity with EBC best practices and trends, and experience implementing them in a real-world setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and event management software - familiarity with BriefingSource is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Expected to have several years of experience in managing executive meetings or events. This experience may include planning, executing, and managing events or meetings for senior-level executives and customers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for CEC Managers. They must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level executives, customers, and partners.

  • CEC Managers must be able to think strategically and develop a clear vision for the CEC program. They should be able to identify and prioritize the needs of key stakeholders and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are essential for CEC Managers. They must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and ensure that deadlines are met. High attention to detail is essential.

  • Customer Focus: CEC Managers must have a customer-focused mindset and be able to develop strong relationships with customers and partners. They should be able to understand customer needs and expectations and ensure that those needs are met during CEC meetings.

  • Overall, the CEC Manager should be a highly motivated and proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve the goals of the CEC program. They should have a strong customer focus and be able to create a positive and productive environment for all stakeholders involved.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $112,000 - $147,000.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
