AOI Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Purpose

Performs allAOIfunctions including scanning product on Fusion and Galaxy AOI machines

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate the VRS machines for defect verification
• Use scopes for verification and rework of defects
• Operate the Post Etch Punch machine

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 2-4years experience in allAOIfunctions is required. The candidate must have good written and oral communications skills and understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.
• Candidate must be experienced in using measuring devices or scopes to measure the line width and space of the product being processed.
• Requires experience in the following areas: In process Inspection, Final inspection and must be able to help catch panels from Resist strip or developing machine.
• Rigid PCB, Flex and Rigid / Flex process knowledge, preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and or PowerPoint) and the use of shop floor software to complete transactions in Oracle, Cimnet or other MRP systems.

Salary Range (annual) : $43,680.00 - $46,280

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
