Job Overview:

The Regional Director of Employee Well-Being is responsible for championing the RWJBH Mission, Vision, Values, Commitment, Credo and Mantra by partnering with leaders to help them develop their teams and create a thriving workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare or related field required
  • Masters degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in healthcare leadership

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Days to work
  • FT

Essential Functions:

  • Oversees the management and implementation of Employee Experience,

  • Works collaboratively with MMC and MMCSC Management Team members on program development, analysis and improvement strategies,

  • Responsible to help departments develop employee engagement improvements based on surveys and reports,

  • Serves as resource and mentor to staff, guiding them to appropriate resources while implementing improvements,

  • Engages in a proactive, data driven actions designed to stabilize and expand the workforce,

  • Responsible for development and implementation of innovative and evidenced-based retention strategies that enable staff to begin, develop and evolve their careers,

  • Collaborates and works closely with Human Resources, Quality, Marketing, Risk Management, and Diversity & Inclusion,
